My name is Jorge Tolmos

Peruvian by birth,
human by spiritual condition,
earthling by biological nature.

I am also a father, boyfriend, friend, son, entrepreneur, and former fortune 100 Executive.

I am an economist from Universidad del Pacifico in Peru and I have an MBA from IE Business School in Spain. For 20+ years I worked in the public and private sectors holding financial, marketing, and top management roles. I was successful and able to climb the corporate ladder, but life insisted on showing me time and time again that that was not my path.

In 2004, when I was living in Madrid, I had an accident playing soccer, as a result, I was unconscious for 18 hours. This accident caused a hemiparesis - damage to the motor control areas of my central nervous system - on my left side. 7 months of rehabilitation followed and from there 5 years until full recovery.

I felt helpless, limited by my body, and unhappy at work and in life.

In 2012, I was burned put by the corporate world. I started seeking new paths that would reinvigorate me and bring me joy. I decided to train as an Ontological Coach at Newfield Network. That decision opened up a world of new possibilities for me, and for the first time, I recognized my true vocation and experienced what makes my soul vibrate - that human connection with our true self.

It took a while and many mistakes, until in 2019, I decided to resign from my job as CEO of an agribusiness company. I realized that my values and work where not in allignment. Nature reconnects me with my own being; beyond my individual experience, I realized that naturally, our biological being needs to reconnect with life.

I've had the fortune of spend seasons in the Netherlands, Spain and Colombia; and to share with colleagues born in four continents, which has allowed me to recognize that we are all equals as human beings, and that at the same time we live very different realities, challenges and stories.

Today, I am commited to living fully and accompanying others to reconnect with themselves to make their gifts shine. I create spaces for my clients to encounter their own divine nature through Holistic Journeys, Group Learning Sessions and Individual Ontological Coaching Conversations.
